Who can use it

Only people the company (or the D.A.I.O. owner) creates a login for. Company office sees that company's sites. A PM sees only the sites they were given. Residents do not get accounts.

What we keep

Names and emails for logins (passwords are stored as hashes, not the password itself). Property, building, and unit notes. Asset serials and photos you add. Shop counts and movements. Invoices you type in (amount, check or ACH reference — never a card number). Help notes. Files in the Library. Backups of those books on the server.

What we don't keep

Resident rent-payment cards. Full card numbers. We don't sell this data.

Where it lives

The live book is on the company's server. You can save a spare copy from Setup. USB copies are separate and do not update this one.
